12 May – Using Case Studies: Telling stories and demonstrating impact

Telling personal stories is the best way to show the impact that your organisation makes. But how do you make sure your case studies are respectful and effective? We will look at the best ways to identify, produce and share your stories through video, audio, images and writing.
This full-day workshop, specifically tailored to the needs of charities and social enterprises, will include:
– Interview skills
– Practical training in recording audio and video
– Consent and ethics
– Showing impact
– Giving people a voice
– The best tools for producing and sharing your stories

This workshop is designed for service managers, communications & marketing professionals and frontline staff/volunteers working within third sector and public sector organisations.
Lunch & refreshments throughout the day are included in the £99 ticket price.

For every ticket sold we will make a donation to Glasgow NE Foodbank. The donation will enable them to feed a single parent and three children.
