25 August – Social Reporting: Bringing your events to life with audio and video

Social reporting goes beyond the formal conference report to provide a multimedia, conversational record of your events. It takes the impact beyond the time and place of your event to encourage online engagement.
Social reporters’ audio and video interviews provide a rich picture of the event – getting to the heart of the issues you’re tackling.
Our practical full-day training workshop will give you the skills to:
– make good quality video and audio clips
– upload and share your content online
– ask the important questions that get to the heart of your event
– create a digital record of your conference or event

We will have cameras and audio equipment available to borrow, but we encourage people to use the equipment they have in their pockets, so bring your smartphone if you have one.
This workshop is designed for staff involved in organising events & conferences, communications & marketing professionals and frontline staff/volunteers working within third sector and public sector organisations.

For every ticket sold we will make a donation to Glasgow NE Foodbank. The donation will enable them to feed a single parent and three children.
